Our Pricing Tips

At each event, there are questions about pricing items and we get feedback from customers. We are hesitant to offer suggested prices due to the sensitive nature of a consignor’s items but we’re all in the business of helping you to clear the clutter and make the most cash for it that you can.
We just want the Best Consignment Prices for both the sellers and the buyers, as good prices mean you’ll sell more and the buyers will be back next time for a great deal.

Obviously, there is one stumbling block, you need to possibly get over. You need to cut any emotion and sentimentality out of the item and try not to be offended by our recommendations.

Remember, with this intension, don’t overthink it, and don’t think about every piece, just offer the Best Consignment Prices you can.

Gather your clothing items into a pile. Now simply go through the items one at a time, choosing the one on top and decide on a price for it based on our suggestions. Now pick up the next item, and ask yourself is it about the same price, a little less, or a little more? Price it accordingly.

Suprisingly, by doing it this way, you’ll end up with 3 piles of items at 3 good price points.

With this in mind, you’ll probably have a few items that are a lot more and maybe a few that are a lot less and you can decide separately about these.
