Great Rates

Obviosly, as a depDEPO consignor, you’ll benefit from our transparent compensation structure.
Importantly, you’ll receive 60% of the selling price of your items, with a participation fee deducted from the final sales.
Additionally, by volunteering for a minimum of one 3-hour work shift during the sale week, your participation fee is just $5. Otherwise, it’s $15. In addition, as a token of our gratitude, our volunteers enjoy the privilege of shopping our half-price sale section first!

Guidelines

Clearly, at depDEPO, we accept all forms of new and gently used children’s items. However, to ensure the highest quality sales, plus yearly return sales, we have guidelines in place. Therefore, please avoid bringing items with stains, tears, excess wear, piling, or heavy smoke smell. Our diligent depDEPO team will carefully inspect each item during drop-off, so it’s crucial to select items that you would personally consider purchasing.

High Standards

It’s important to remember, that depDEPO is not a garage sale.
To help you prepare your items, we recommend creating three piles:

1. 1. A throw-away pile for items with holes or stains,
   2. Arrange a giveaway pile for cheaper items or items that aren’t in excellent condition,
   3. In particular, consign a pile of nicer items in excellent condition for our consignment event.

Clearly, presentation matters, so ironing your items and using Ziploc bags to secure accessories intended for specific outfits can increase their selling potential. Hang all clothing on appropriately sized hangers with the hook opening to the left (like a question mark) for easy browsing.

Ready to participate?

Follow these simple steps to become a consignor:

Firstly, REGISTER.
Visit our register online page and set up a new My Consignment Manager account, (MyCM) using our unique and easy-to-use management system. By clicking on “REGISTER ONLINE.” This will provide you with a unique consignor number and allow you to create tags for your items.

Secondly, PREP AND TAG.
Clearly present your items in the best possible way by following our preparation guidelines.
Without a doubt, ironing your items is recommended, and in addition, accessories secured in a Ziploc bag are a plus. To print your tags, log in to your My Consignment Manager account, (MyCM), click on ‘PRINT TAGS,’ choose the items you want to print tags for, and select ‘GENERATE TAGS.’ Your tags will be in PDF format.
It should be noted, that these printed tags are best printed on white cardstock paper (60-67 lb. works best).

Thirdly, DROP OFF.
Drop off your items at the specified time scheduled through your My Consignment Manager account, (MyCM), login. Ensuring items are properly hung and sorted by gender and size will facilitate a smooth drop-off process. It should be noted that you allow approximately 15 minutes for drop off, as this allows our depDEPO team to carefully screen all received items for a quality and profitable sale for everyone.

The last thing anyone wants is for our depDEPO consignment events to get a bad reputation.
Instead, we want to be known as ‘A CAN’T MISS EVENT’.

Lastly, ATTEND THE PRE-SALE.
As a consignor, you’ll have the opportunity to attend the exclusive pre-sale. As a volunteer, you’ll enjoy the privilege of shopping our half-price sale first!

After our 3-day event

PICK-UP DAY.
Ideally, all your items will sell! However, any remaining items should be picked up at the sale location during the designated time. Details regarding pick-up and checks will be provided. Apart from this, please note that any unclaimed items will be promptly donated.
